Absolutely phenomenal. I went to Tatsumi yesterday for the first time, and was truly impressed by the service and food. Vin was my server, and he assisted me in selecting and ordering 10 pieces of chefs choice nigiri. Each piece of fish was exceptional - and this is coming from a seafood snob. I also had the creative and delicious matcha tres leches cake for desert! Highly recommend and I will be returning.
Tatsumi Sushi is a fantastic spot for quality sushi in Austin. I ordered the spicy salmon roll and the rainbow maki roll, and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The spicy salmon roll had just the right kick without overpowering the fish, and the salmon itself was incredibly fresh and well balanced. The rainbow maki roll was a standout. Each piece was topped with perfectly sliced fish that was vibrant, clean, and buttery, making every bite a little different and equally delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. Great food, great atmosphere, and consistently solid sushi. Tatsumi is definitely a place I will keep coming back to when I am craving sushi in Austin.

I HIGHLY recommend Tatsumi to anyone who appreciates top tier customer service and high quality, mouthwatering, foodie experiences! My brother and his fiancé are regulars and had been bragging about this place to me for months, so they took me last night. When I tell you I discovered quite literally the BEST sushi roll and nigiri I’ve ever had in my life, believe it cause I hold my palate to a VERY high standard. Everything from the moment we sat down packed flavor and zest! PHENOMENAL! To top it off, Vin, Kira, and Tiffany were the most vibrant, knowledgeable, and attentive staff members I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made our experience even better! If I could give them 10 stars I would. You can catch me making a 2 hour drive over from San Antonio just for Tatsumi. Cant wait to return!
